Event Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events and brand activations for a growing retail company. The Event Coordinator will be a key player in creating experiences that strengthen the brand, engage customers, and build interest in new and existing markets. It suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and enjoys both planning and on-site execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, store openings, and brand activations across various markets
• Drive preparations for pre-openings and grand openings with internal teams and external partners
• Coordinate other Event Coordinators to create structure, common working methods, and efficient event planning
• Create clear event plans with timelines, budgets, staffing, materials, and logistics
• Manage bookings, purchases, supplier contacts, transportation, and event materials
• Be on-site during events to ensure everything is executed with the right quality, energy, and feel
• Create engagement and interest for Lager 157 through creative and relevant customer activities
• Follow up on completed events and identify improvements for future activities
• Contribute new ideas and develop how the company works with events and customer experiences

• Experience in planning and executing events, activations, or similar projects

• Self-sufficient, proactive, and enjoys hands-on work
• Good communication skills and thrives with many points of contact
• Business-minded and understands the importance of budget, quality, and results
• Flexible and views travel and varying workdays as a natural and enjoyable part of the job
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
