Event Coordinator

Location: North

Working hours: 2-4 days per week. 4-6 hours shift (flexible arrangement)

Job Scope:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept through completion.
Liaise with clients to understand event requirements, objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth event operations.
Prepare event proposals, quotations, schedules, run sheets, and post-event reports.
Manage event logistics, including venue setup, registration, transportation, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
Provide on-site event coordination to ensure successful event delivery and resolve operational issues promptly.
