Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance for EV charging stations across multiple sites in Singapore.
- Conduct electrical checks on charging equipment, cables, connections, and related components to identify wear and defects.
- Troubleshoot and report electrical faults identified during maintenance activities.
- Update firmware and software on charging stations to maintain optimal system performance.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Liaise with site owners, facility managers, and technical stakeholders to coordinate maintenance works.
- Maintain accurate service records, inspection forms, and maintenance reports.
- Support additional maintenance and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within EV charging infrastructure, power systems, or facilities maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical faults, low-voltage systems, and control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with firmware and software updates as well as basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of EV charging standards, including AC charging and IEC standards, is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
- Possess LEW Grade 7 (Licensed Electrician).
