ETF Operations Assistant Lead Assistant Vice President

About This Role

This management role in Citi's NAM ETF Operations involves overseeing core fund operational processes and guiding team members. The position suits a candidate with strong ETF Operations experience and a methodical approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill a management role in Citi’s NAM ETF Operations
• Prepare PCF files, including reviewing relevant component stocks, quantity, and prices
• Process ETF creation and redemption orders for the primary market
• Arrange ETF creation and redemption settlement, both in cash and in kind
• Arrange ETF units settlement and manage relationships with AP’s
• Handle AP inquiries related to ETF creation/redemption orders
• Manage CNS for ETFs as Index receipt agent
• Handle ETF rebalancing
• Process ETF collateral and calculate P&L
• Work with mutual fund accounting, particularly as it relates to ETFs
• Work with custody, particularly as it relates to ETFs
• Resolve transaction services issues
• Assist with providing informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members as required
• Demonstrate management ability
• Utilize knowledge of technology and participate in testing
• Build an effective working relationship with and between team members and guide them in their tasks
• Maintain operating controls functions
• Review the work of staff members

Requirements

• 3+ years of ETF Operations experience
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of core fund operational processes
• Strong interpersonal skills
