Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Estonian-speaking clients, providing high-quality support within the Customer Support Services sector

- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions to ensure quality assurance in service delivery
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows and improve the overall client experience

- Contribute to the success of Estonian-speaking jobs by consistently hitting performance targets and service level agreements

Requirements
- Native or fluent Estonian (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) for seamless relocation to Bulgaria
- Proven experience in a professional customer-facing or support environment
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
- Strong proficiency in English for inter-office collaboration
- Commitment to relocating for this Estonian Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria
