Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed quantity estimates of entire plan
- Estimates include flooring, countertops, wall tile, cabinets, bath glass,lighting, hardware, doors, trim, and plumbing fixtures in multiple cities at same time
- Pricing request preparations and price data management
- Driven to meet deadlines and achieve expectations
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong command of verbal and written English language
- Expertise in reading all residential drawings, such as architectural and electrical drawings
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel
- Understand the project and its requirements
- Highly organized to manage more than one task simultaneously
- Team player - Jumps in to help anywhere needed to help the team reach business goals; understands their role in the big picture of the business process

- AutoCAD, Revit, and MS excel
Must-have Skills Civil Engineering, English, AutoCAD
