Job Location - Vikhroli west

• 🏢 Industry: Industrial / Engineering / Heat Tracing
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze project proposals, specifications, drawings, and scope requirements to prepare accurate and competitive estimates.
• Prepare detailed material & labour take-offs, costing, and commercial estimates for industrial projects.
• Review P&IDs, piping isometrics, equipment and instrument details for accurate heat tracing estimation.
• Understand product flow paths, zone/process heaters, and heat tracing system requirements.
• Prepare estimates using Thermon Standard Estimating Template (SET) and other estimating tools.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and potential cost impacts.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and Operations teams for estimation inputs and clarifications.
• Manage multiple estimation assignments while ensuring accuracy and adherence to proposal timelines.
• Review estimates prepared by team members and provide technical guidance where required.
• 🔹 Desired Profile
• Bachelor's / Diploma / Associate qualification in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Administration, or related discipline.
• 9–10 years of experience in industrial estimation or a similar role.
• Experience in industrial estimating, electrical will be preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage estimates from scope review through final submission.
• High level of accuracy, ownership, discretion, and confidentiality.
