About This Role
This esthetician position in a Cincinnati medical spa involves delivering a variety of aesthetic services to enhance clients' confidence and radiance. Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, Hydrafacial, DiamondGlow, chemical peels, and more
- Deliver specialized services such as eyelash extensions, brow and lash lift and tints, makeup, and hair removal
- Comfortable with building new clientele and maintaining original clientele
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage daily operations efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a relaxing experience
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
- Hit sales targets and promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or wellness industry
- Proficiency in advanced skincare procedures including facials, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, DiamondGlow
- Skilled in brow and lash treatments, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
- Existing list of loyal clients or strong determination to build personal brand
- Comfortable meeting monthly sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Certification in cosmetology or esthetics as required by state licensing boards
- Ability to perform skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs
