About This Role
This full-time role is for a licensed esthetician who is passionate about medical aesthetics and wellness, and eager to build a long-term career. The position involves providing aesthetic treatments, managing patient interactions, and actively contributing to client growth within a luxury practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials, VI Peels, SkinPen microneedling, and other approved aesthetic treatments
- Conduct comprehensive consultations using the AURA 3D skin-analysis system
- Develop personalized treatment plans and home-care recommendations
- Educate patients about treatments, preparation, aftercare, and professional skincare products
- Take consistent before-and-after photographs
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
- Follow all sanitation, infection-control, safety, and clinical protocols
- Prepare, clean, stock, and maintain treatment rooms
- Follow up with patients after treatments and assist with rebooking
- Build lasting relationships that encourage patient retention and referrals
- Answer incoming calls and respond professionally to patient questions
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Follow up promptly with new inquiries and prospective patients
- Reconnect with existing patients who are due for treatments
- Convert qualified leads into consultations and appointments
- Build and maintain a loyal personal clientele within AVEN Med
- Recommend appropriate treatments, memberships, and skincare products without high-pressure selling
- Support front-desk operations during open time between appointments
- Track leads, follow-ups, bookings, and patient communications in the practice’s system
- Participate in community outreach, promotional events, social-media content, and other practice-growth initiatives
- Work collaboratively with AVEN Med’s medical providers and support team
Requirements
- Active Illinois esthetician license in good standing
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient-service skills
- Professional, polished, positive, and welcoming personality
- Reliable, coachable, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback
- Strong commitment to patient safety and consistent treatment protocols
- Comfortable discussing treatments, pricing, memberships, and skincare products
- Comfortable answering phones, following up with leads, and helping generate appointments
- Motivated to build a clientele and grow with AVEN Med for the long term
Nice to have:
- Medical-spa, dermatology, plastic-surgery, or luxury-spa experience
- Experience with SkinPen, microneedling, VI Peels, chemical peels, customized facials, or medical-grade skincare
- Existing clientele or a strong local professional network

Important Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday availability, particularly on Mondays and Wednesdays, with occasional Saturdays, special events, or extended hours as needed
