Responsibilities

• Collect rent and manage tenant relations
• Coordinate maintenance activities, including plumbing, cleaning, electrical, and landscaping
• Prepare flats and villas for new tenants, including painting, furnishing, and repairs
• Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, and repair services
• Handle tenant issues and complaints promptly
• Mediate disputes and maintain harmonious tenant relations
• Show properties to prospective tenants and visitors, explaining rental terms
• Communicate professionally with a customer service orientation
• Utilize digital communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems
• Solve problems and act quickly in emergencies
• Multitask in an organized and detail-oriented manner
• Handle cash transactions and tenant data ethically
• Present and negotiate effectively with visitors and tenants

Requirements

• Strong experience in rent collection, tenant relations, and property upkeep
• Experience managing residential flats and villas
• Skilled in maintenance coordination
• Knowledge of vendor management for housekeeping, security, and repair services
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to mediate disputes
• Experience in showing properties to prospective tenants/visitors and explaining rental terms
• Customer service orientation with professional communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, property management software, or ERP systems
• Comfortable with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, CRM systems)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly in emergencies
• Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking ability
