About This Role
This Estate Manager position supports the daily operations of residential properties and offers an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to build a career in estate management, property management, and real estate. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of residential estates and rental properties
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, landscapers, housekeepers, and service providers
- Schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs, and property improvement projects
- Conduct routine property inspections and site visits to ensure quality standards are met
- Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners, tenants, and vendors
- Maintain accurate project records, invoices, and property documentation
- Identify and resolve property-related issues with a timely, solutions-oriented approach
- Assist with vendor sourcing, bid evaluation, and project planning
Requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets)
- Professional, dependable, and highly detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- A background check will be required before hire
Nice to have:
- California real estate license
- Background in residential property management, rentals, hospitality, or client services
- Experience in project coordination or vendor management
