Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the estates, ensuring the residence is consistently pristine, organized, and guest-ready
- Coordinate all maintenance, landscaping, repairs, and property enhancements with a focus on long-term preservation and aesthetic excellence
- Maintain and update security protocols and home systems to ensure safety, privacy, and reliability
- Collaborate with household staff, fostering a professional, warm, and hospitality-driven team environment
- Ensure service standards align with luxury-estate expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, contractors, and service partners
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service
- Oversee project timelines and ensure work is completed to exacting standards
- Maintain meticulous records of expenditures, inventories, and operational needs
- Support household scheduling, seasonal planning, and long-range operational strategy
- Ensure the home is always prepared for arrivals, guests, and special occasions
- Coordinate travel logistics, transportation, and home readiness when the family transitions between locations
- Assist with intimate gatherings, guest experiences, and event coordination with a refined, service-oriented touch
Requirements
- Models a respectful, kind and gracious leadership style, with a sense of humor that contributes to a warm household environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing luxury homes, estates, boutique hotels, or high-end hospitality environments
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational planning
- Deep knowledge of luxury home systems, security protocols, and vendor management
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to navigate indoor/outdoor property spaces and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
