What You'll Do
Lead the development, specification, testing, approval, and implementation of new packaging solutions, ensuring technical performance, quality, cost, and operational feasibility. Develop flexible and rigid plastic packaging, focusing on formulation, material selection, and technical specifications. Conduct innovation projects, optimizing and reducing packaging costs by identifying opportunities with suppliers and partners.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Polymers, or related fields. Knowledge in the development and formulation of flexible and rigid plastic packaging, including resin and additive selection. Experience in the production processes of the plastic packaging industry, particularly in consumer goods.
