- Responsable de asegurar el flujo y buen recibo de los materiales indirectos
- Manejo de sistema SAP
- Responsable de la captura de facturas diariamente
- Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios
Education And Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree. 1 year of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Position Purpose :Determine the current and future needs of raw materials and components required. to meet the masterproduction schedule.Provide timely inputs required. by the business units.
Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
- Planning and supervision requirements of materials, components and or production orders .
- Make adjustments inplanning requisition of the components and production orders .
- Follow up on deliveries of purchase orders,negotiating and or expediting delivery times and conditions .
- Make transfers of materials, components fromplants .
- Analyze and control the materials according to their inventory classification .
- Prepare andanalyze reports, databases and graphics related to their responsibilities .
- Processing engineering changes,obsolete or restricted material and adjustments to inventory levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
- Management MRP systems.
- MS Office.
- APICS.
- Management and inventory control.
- Knowledge of the supply chain.
- Advanced English level.
