- Risk Change Management: Assess scheduling conflicts or emerging risks, and propose viable mitigation strategies or re-planned timelines.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare regular status reports and facilitate communication between project teams, management, and external vendors.
- Track key planning metrics such as schedule adherence, inventory turns, material shortages, and on-time delivery.
- Drive capacity planning and resource utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
- Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and production ramp-up activities.
- Lead root cause analysis for planning deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare planning reports and present operational performance to management.
- Mentor and guide planning team members while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
