岗位职责:
1、面向客户提供财务\业务系统信息化咨询和实施服务；
2、根据客户需求完成需求调研与分析，梳理客户业务，提供系统设计或实施解决方案；
3、主导负责模块的方案设计，并撰写功能设计文档，配合技术开发顾问进行功能的配置、开发、测试工作；
4、同项目团队成员协作，进行项目实施、推进、验收，能够高效完成项目任务和日常工作内容，完成项目的交付；
5、及时解决项目过程中遇到的其他问题；
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历；
2、有3-6年信息化系统实施经验，ERP\SRM\WMS\MES等产品的实施交付经验或从事企业数字化相关工作经验；
3、具备出色的实施能力，善于引导用户需求，能够独立完成系统功能交付，与公司其他顾问协作或独立完成项目任务；
4、具有较强的文档编写能力和方案讲解能力，能独立向客户进行方案汇报或系统演示；
5、具备优秀的学习能力、较强的逻辑思维能力和沟通能力，执行力强，且能够接受具有挑战性的工作；
6、工作态度积极，责任心强、敢于担当，做事严谨认真，为人诚恳；
7、能接受出差；
注：熟悉项目管理知识，取得项目管理专业认证者（如PMP）优先考虑；
