Boyd Corporation is looking for an ERP System Manager (familiar with Oracle 11i and Fusion ).
Job location is Bac Ninh, Vietnam .
This person will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and extending the functionality of our Oracle EBS and Fusion ERP instances in various global locations.
The System Manager role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Oracle Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of Oracle system investments.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Lead design sessions in improving Oracle ERP usage for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
- Serve as systems administrator for the Oracle ERP system.
- Update/coordinate system configuration changes to enable new processes.
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of changes and enhancements to the Oracle ERP systems.
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that help address business needs from the ERP system.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
- Provide Oracle ERP orientation and training to end users.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent with 10-12 years of related experience. 5 years Leadership experience is mandatory.
- Extensive experience with the Oracle EBS and Fusion ERP systems.
- Familiarity with PL/SQL, oracle report builder & form builder & XML Publisher and RFGEN
- Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
- Experience in discrete manufacturing environment preferred.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, written and oral communication skills in English/Vietnamese (Chinese is desirable).
