About This Role
The ERP Operations Consultant participates in all aspects of ERP solution implementation, focusing on operations functionalities. This involves analyzing client business requirements, configuring Microsoft Dynamics, and collaborating with key users to gain a comprehensive view of business processes. The role suits a candidate with at least three years of experience in managing processes within manufacturing companies.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of ERP solution implementation, with particular regard to functionalities in the Operations area, from the analysis of Customer business requirements to the configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet their needs
- Collaborate with key users to acquire a complete vision of the business processes in use by the Customer, comparing them with the standard functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics
- Be responsible for producing documentation on business requirements, as well as for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet Customer business requirements. In case of need for changes/customizations to processes or the Dynamics application, facilitate the Customer's decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will guide the development process
- Be responsible for carrying out tests and for training Customer resources to successfully maintain and use the Microsoft Dynamics application
Requirements
- Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science or in economic disciplines, or other degree or training relevant to the required specialization
- At least three years of experience on ERP products, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central - Manufacturing/Warehouse area
- In-depth knowledge of business processes, particularly those relating to the planning and execution of Production, as well as the Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse Management areas
- Good knowledge of the English language (B2 Level)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Excellent organizational skills and advanced use of project management tools
- Excellent knowledge of implementation methodologies through all their phases
- B driving license
