工作职责
- 通过培训需具备快速学习业财中台产品模块学习及方案能力；
- 负责项目全生命周期管理，包括项目重大风险以及项目计划进度跟踪及推动;
- 负责和客户方项目经理、关键用户等干系人沟通，实现高质量、高效率项目交付;
- 可独立负责一条业务线，并从调研、方案、系统实现、上线等可全面完成项目交付;
- 关注团队成员的成长及培养，并积极参与组织培训及经验分享等工作。
任职资格
- 具有3~5年以上ERP或财务中台相关财务领域实施顾问或产品研发经验；
- 良好的语言表达能力和协调沟通能力，学习积极性强，有团队精神及责任意识；
- 具备良好的PPT&流程图等文档制作能力，包括售前方案编写和咨询方案讲解；
- 有一定的项目管理能力或业务方案能力，并具备进度管理、质量管理等能力
