- Responding to equipment emergencies, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Supporting preventative maintenance, repairs, and plant shutdown activities
- Assisting with new equipment installations and modifications
- Documenting activities and reporting downtime and modifications
- Participating in shift meetings and supporting cross-functional plant needs
Qualifications And Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills; experience with CNC, Fanuc robots, or automated machinery is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot robots, servo, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Proficient in interpreting prints and using computer systems
- Good decision-making skills and teamwork orientation
Working Environment
- Manufacturing setting with three-shift operation
- Potential for overtime and occasional travel for training or equipment builds
