You'll start by assisting with generator and HVAC installations while receiving hands-on training. As your skills grow, you'll advance into equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other aspects of the generator, electrical, and HVAC industry. What You'll Do:
- Assist with residential and commercial generator installations
- Assist with vehicle inventory and equipment loading and unloading
- Learn equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Work alongside experienced technicians and electricians while developing new skills
- Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, generators, or HVAC is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
