About Us

Prime Guard Floor Coatings is a fast-growing concrete coating company specializing in premium residential and commercial garage floor coating systems. We install high-quality epoxy, polyaspartic, and decorative flake flooring with a strong focus on craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Epoxy Floor Installer who can eventually run an installation crew independently. During the first few projects, you’ll work alongside management to learn our installation standards and workflow before taking full ownership of job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial floor coating installations.
• Operate diamond grinders, hand grinders, vacuums, and other preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform concrete surface preparation, crack and joint repairs.
• Install epoxy base coats, decorative flake systems, and polyaspartic topcoats.
• Ensure every installation meets Prime Guard’s quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Train and supervise helpers as the company grows.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience installing epoxy and decorative flake flooring systems.
• Experience operating:
• Diamond grinders
• Hand grinders
• Industrial vacuums
• Mixing and applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
• Strong knowledge of concrete preparation and coating application techniques.
• Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with moisture vapor barrier systems.
• Experience managing or leading an installation crew.
