YOUR FUTURE TEAM

The IT Finance department acts as the strategic partner for Finance, Legal, and Compliance & Ethics. We facilitate and collaboratively accompany business transformation by designing high-impact IT solutions at scale, while upholding the Group’s IT standards across architecture, data, and security.

In close collaboration with business partners (Group and Divisional Finance, Supply Chain), the EPM Domain aims to empower our métiers to drive performance through cutting-edge solutions, spanning the entire lifecycle from inception to run operations.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Finance EPM products, acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external partners. You will shape and prioritize the roadmap, manage application operations and incidents, oversee budgets and capacity plans, and ensure that continuous enhancements deliver tangible value to Finance teams.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who combines strong Finance process understanding with product ownership, application management, and stakeholder management capabilities.

What you’ll do

Business partnership & product ownership

  • Be the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders for the assigned EPM applications.
  • Capture,challengeand translate business needs into clear,prioritizedfunctional requirements and user stories.
  • Define andmaintainthe product vision,roadmapand backlog in line with Finance and IT priorities.

End-to-end application lifecycle management

  • Ensure the reliable day-to-day management of EPM applications across their full lifecycle.
  • Lead the scoping, design, delivery, testing,deploymentand post-go-live follow-up of new capabilities.
  • Manage enhancement requests, assess their value and complexity, and prioritize them with stakeholders.
  • Oversee incident and problem management, ensuringtimelyresolution andstrong communicationtobusiness users.
  • Monitor application performance, service quality, risks and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement.

Planning, governance & financial management

  • Manage the application budget, includingRuncosts, project investments,forecastsand supplier follow-up.
  • Lead capacity planning and resource allocation across internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare andfacilitategovernancemeetings, providing clear visibility on roadmap progress, budget, risks,incidentsand delivery priorities.
  • Track key performance indicators and service-level commitments to ensure operational excellence.

Delivery & continuous improvement

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time, within budget and at the expected quality level.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security,architecture,and data standards.
  • Identifyopportunities to simplify processes, improveuserexperience,and maximize value from EPM solutions.
  • Stay informed on EPM market trends and bring forward pragmatic innovation opportunities for Finance.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

  • 5 or moreyears’experience inApplication Management, Product Ownership, BusinessAnalysisor IT Project Management, ideally within Finance or EPM environments.
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation,reportingor profitability analysis.Knowledge of Operations and Supply processes is a plus.
  • SignificantEPM solution experience (TM1, Anaplan,Onestreametc…)
  • Capacity to understand and go deeper on both functional and technical aspects to solve issues
  • Knowledge and experience of ITSM/ITBM principlesand Agile Methodology. Relevant certification is a plus
  • FluentEnglish
  • Good communication(right level of communication depending on the interlocutor)
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for driving impactful, large-scale projects and capacity of coordination various teams
  • Team player,Methodic ,problem-solving approach

  • Data Integration Knowledge
  • Business Intelligence Knowledge (PowerBI …)
  • Beauty or luxury sector knowledge
