Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Assist in creating reports, analyzing data, and ensuring project success from start to finish
- Collect soil and groundwater samples
- Document field activities
- Perform manual or mechanical remediation tasks
- Respond promptly to environmental spills and other urgent situations
- Prioritize the health and safety of everyone involved in all phases of each project
- Use and maintain field equipment
- Coordinate waste profiling
- Manage disposal documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, or a related field
- 0-2 years of environmental science experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-starter
- Problem-solver
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test
- Willingness to travel to remote job sites
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions
