Entry Level Regional Sales Director- $60k, Ft. Washington, PA

Our client, a leading financial services company, is currently seeking sales professionals to join their high-performing sales team! The ideal candidates are self-motivated workers, dynamic communicators and thrive in a fast-paced relationship driven environment!

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree required for this role, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
• 1+ year of professional corporate experience (internships count!)
• A motivated work ethic and goal-oriented attitude
• Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
• A strategic focus and with the ability to create custom tailored client solutions and packages
• Eagerness to learn in an effort to serve as a subject matter expert to clients

The Job:

• Identify and prospect new business through various channels including cold calling, warm leads, social media, networking, industry events, etc.
• Build and maintain dynamic and strong relationships with clients through effective communication and consistent follow-ups
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizations financial products and services
• Educate clients on all available products and tailor solutions to meet financial goals
• Meet and consistently exceed sales targets and goals
• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments and competitor offerings
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
