Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and automotive fluid replacements efficiently and accurately using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs or minor mechanical issues.
- Assist with tire service, including mounting, balancing, and replacing tires.
- Support automotive diagnostics to help identify problems under supervision.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, battery checks, and light mechanical repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all tasks.
- Provide friendly customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic vehicle questions.
Qualifications
- No previous dealership or mechanic experience required; eagerness to learn is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with standard passenger car operation is a plus.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and operate hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.
- Willingness to learn automotive diagnostics, alignment procedures, and minor mechanical repairs over time.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
