About the role
Summary Benefits:
- Working Hours: 5 days per week, 10am-7pm

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and audiological evaluations for clients.
- Recommend suitable hearing solutions based on clients’ individual needs and requirements.
- Guide clients through the hearing aid selection process and provide professional advice.
- Perform accurate hearing aid fitting, programming and adjustments to ensure optimal comfort and performance.
- Provide professional counselling and ongoing after-sales support to enhance clients’ overall experience.
- Carry out hearing aid fine-tuning, maintenance and troubleshooting when required.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Support hearing screening events, community outreach activities and marketing campaigns to promote hearing health awareness.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, store cleanliness and overall organisation.
- Promote and sell hearing aids and related products while working towards store sales, revenue and service quality targets.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Audiology.
- Candidates with prior experience in the hearing care industry will have an added advantage.
- Entry levels are welcomed as training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and medical professionals.
