About This Role
This leadership role involves overseeing entertainment operations and events across the park, ensuring safety for all and creating memorable experiences. The supervisor works with performers, associates, and guests, and is responsible for communicating departmental goals, training, scheduling, evaluating, and supporting teams on location.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the Entertainment department
- Open and close locations, ensuring cleanliness in guest-facing and backstage areas
- Promote teamwork and create a positive and safe work environment for all
- Monitor and report associate timekeeping, ensuring all park policies are followed daily
- Maintain associate schedules in UKG
- Ensure all program elements are safe, properly operating, and clean
- Provide excellent customer service for guests
- Support teams daily to produce superior guest entertainment experiences
- Resolve guest and associate concerns following proper protocols and procedures
- Communicate with various teams within the Entertainment department efficiently and respectfully
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with other park departments and partners
- Coordinate and carry out logistics for special events and activations in the park as assigned
- Accurately complete necessary daily paperwork including reports, files, and venue checklists
- Follow and enforce all park and department policies and procedures
- Monitor and report supply inventory levels to upper management to ensure adequate supplies to complete job tasks
- Other duties as assigned

- Maneuverability and mobility to move from location to location within the park daily

- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
