About This Role
This role is for an Entertainment Manager who will bring energy and creativity to coordinate a wide range of events and activities, ensuring smooth execution and unforgettable moments for guests. The position involves working closely with the Entertainment Management Team to plan and implement programs effectively, staying updated on trends, and managing logistics.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a wide range of entertainment events and activities to ensure smooth execution
- Work closely with the Entertainment Management Team to plan and implement programs effectively
- Stay updated on entertainment trends and incorporate them into event planning
- Organize timetables, performer schedules, and other logistical arrangements for events
- Handle any guest or performer issues during events to maintain a positive experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in entertainment management, event management, or hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of guest engagement and program coordination
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Awareness of entertainment trends to adapt programs to suit different audiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours and perform confidently under pressure in a dynamic environment
