This leadership role involves overseeing the entertainment operations of a vibrant destination that offers bowling, arcade games, and outdoor activities. Responsibilities
- Work alongside the General Manager to hire, train, motivate, and coach the team, providing feedback and resolving conflicts
- Oversee the entire entertainment operation, ensuring seamless service and that all equipment is in top shape
- Manage prize inventory, help launch promotional events, and ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Partner with the operations team to innovate, set goals, and boost profits, while maximizing guest satisfaction
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing biweekly payroll and maintaining personnel records
- Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and professional support, assisting at the redemption counter or fixing games
- Perform light cleaning and use basic tools for minor repairs and maintenance to keep the space bright and clean
- Embrace and represent the company's core values in all actions, ensuring guests experience the expected magic
Requirements
- Proven experience (preferably 1+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing staff in an entertainment, hospitality, or guest-focused environment (e.g., arcade, bowling alley, FEC)
- Demonstrated ability to hire, train, motivate, and coach employees, perform performance assessments, and provide constructive feedback
- Strong personal commitment to and ability to embody the B&B Theatres core values: family, fun, innovation, joy, and integrity
- Exceptional skill in diffusing tense situations and resolving conflicts or concerns effectively among both guests and employees
- Proficiency in essential administrative tasks, including preparing and submitting biweekly payroll, maintaining accurate personnel records, and managing inventory
- Working knowledge of enforcing quality and safety controls and the ability to ensure the facility maintains necessary licenses and certifications
