Role & responsibilities
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (50L+ deal sizes) from discovery to closure
- Lead and coordinate customer engagements across Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership
- Build a customer-validated solution roadmap aligned with enterprise business objectives
- Develop and execute account strategies and annual revenue plans
- Engage deeply with CXOs, Operations Heads, Fleet, Logistics & Supply Chain leaders
- Drive solution selling through presentations, demos, pilots, POCs, and commercial negotiations
- Build, manage, and forecast a robust enterprise pipeline
- Ensure strong solution adoption, expansion, and referenceability
- Identify co-innovation and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Product & Tech teams
- Eliminate sales risk and position the company ahead of competitors in complex buying environments

- Drive strategic conversations with enterprise decision-makers
- Orchestrate internal teams around a clear account vision
- Progress multi-stakeholder deals toward closure
- Forecast revenue with accuracy and discipline
- Influence product direction through enterprise customer insights
- Convert pilots and POCs into long-term enterprise contracts
- Travel Pan-India as required to engage enterprise and strategic customers
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6 to 12 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Solution Sales
- Strong track record of closing large-ticket, complex enterprise deals
- Experience in SaaS / IoT / Telematics / Logistics / Enterprise Tech
- Proven ability to sell to CXO-level stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Ready to travel Pan-India for customer meetings, pilots, and closures
