Job Summary

SAP Ariba Production Support consultant :: 3+ years

Responsibilities

• Module expertise: One or more of the following Ariba modules: Buying and Invoicing (B&I); SLP; Sourcing; Contracts.
• Production Support Activities: Manage requests that relate directly to the operation and functionality of the Production environment such as addressing a technical problem, rerunning a failed process, fixing orders, or performing other actions to make the environment operate in a manner that supports business users' needs.
• Production Support Activities: Monitor daily data loads from SAP ECC into Ariba.
• User Support Activities: Manage requests for assistance from end users, usually involving questions about the use of the system, one-time requests for system data, or inquiries about the feasibility and impact of system changes.
• Interface Failure: Monitor interface failures for Purchase Orders, Receipts, Invoices, Supplier integration.
• Interface Failure: Work with ERP and interface teams to resolve and reprocess failed transactions.
• Operational Support Activities: Run weekly / monthly reports to monitor transaction statuses.
• Operational Support Activities: Create any adhoc reports required by business teams.
• General Support Activities: Monitor/manage Ariba Administration Email accounts.
• General Support Activities: Coordinate support activities with other teams such as Security, Basis, interface, OneSource etc.
• Ticketing tool expertise: Good to have ServiceNow work experience.
