US Tech Solutions is hiring experienced Non-IT / Engineering US Recruiters for our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for US-based clients across engineering, technical, and industrial domains.
About the Role
The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based Non-IT and Engineering positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based Non-IT and Engineering positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and compensation.
- Review resumes and match candidates with specific job requirements.
- Conduct candidate interviews and screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Meet daily and weekly submission, interview, and hiring targets.
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates while maintaining a high level of candidate engagement.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment preferred.
- Experience recruiting for Non-IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy, or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to work EST/US shifts and work onsite in Hyderabad.
