About the role

The Dongtan Repair Center is responsible for repairing and verifying key components of semiconductor testing equipment used by global customers. You can gain extensive technical experience by directly handling various electronic boards and systems while analyzing and solving problems.

You will do:

  • Perform testing, debugging, and repair of electronic boards and systems used in semiconductor testing equipment.
  • Conduct functional verification and quality checks after repairs.
  • Analyze test results and equipment logs to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to support product verification and technical improvement activities.
  • Analyze recurring issues and participate in quality improvement activities.
  • Document repair and test results and manage related data.
  • Comply with ESD, safety regulations, and work standards while performing tasks.
  • Perform basic maintenance of equipment and systems as needed.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds an associate degree or higher in electronics, industrial electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Has skills in electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Has experience in soldering and rework.
  • Is capable of using electronic measuring equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters (DMM), and power supplies.
  • Is interested in electronic board repair and debugging tasks.
  • Can understand and analyze technical documents and test results.
  • Possesses meticulous problem analysis skills and a sense of responsibility.
  • Is able to work in shifts.

It would be even better if you have:

  • Repair or testing experience in the semiconductor, electronics, communications, or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in PCBA repair and debugging.
  • IPC certification such as IPC-A-610, IPC 7711/7721.
  • Experience in electronic board production, quality, repair, or verification.
  • Experience collaborating with global organizations.

Work Arrangement

  • Shift work (day, mid, night).
  • Weekend and holiday work may be included, and work schedules may be adjusted depending on operational circumstances.
