The Role
- Oversee and maintain electrical and mechanical infrastructure (UPS, MV electrical systems, generators, cooling systems)
- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure through standardization of procedures and policies
- Ensure 100% uptime on all customer-supporting infrastructure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance of critical facility infrastructure
- Participate in the successful delivery of build-out and retrofit of Data Center infrastructure
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of key electrical competencies and theory
- Experience in data center engineering operations
- Familiarity with mechanical systems (HVAC, controls)
- Ability to work a 24x7 schedule and perform physical tasks at heights or in noisy environments
- Initiative to proactively seek solutions to complex technical problems
