ROLE: Engineering Shift Manager
HOURS: 42 hours per week
LOCATION: London
SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off

As the Engineering Control Room Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all daily tasks within your remit, leading a team of engineers, and overseeing the business infrastructure.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all Mechanical and Electrical systems on site.
- Manage the BMS systems, HV SCADA, Schneider and lighting systems.
- Oversee the permittance of subcontractors, approve RAMS and issue sanctions to isolate.
- Check all PPM work and manage KPIs and SLAs. [
- Carry out operational and maintenance activities as directed by the Senior Operations Manager, ensuring all work is completed in a safe and suitable manner.
Required Qualifications:
- C&G/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
- C&G 2391.
- Experience in maintenance.
- SSoW permitting experience.
- Familiarity with Schneider BMS.
Desirable:
- HV Authorised.
- CDM experience.
