Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Recruiter with a strong background in US Staffing to identify, engage, and hire top aerospace engineering talent across the United States. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for aerospace, aviation, defense, and engineering roles while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit Aerospace professionals including Design Engineers, Stress Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Systems Engineers, Avionics Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Work on direct client requirements for aerospace, aviation, and defense domains.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and networking channels to build talent pipelines.
- Conduct candidate qualification calls, technical screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Maintain compliance with client hiring processes and documentation requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong database of aerospace talent across the US market.
Required Skills
- 2 to 10 years of US Staffing experience with a focus on Aerospace, Aviation, or Defense hiring.
- Strong understanding of aerospace engineering roles, technologies, and industry terminology.
- Experience working with W2 hiring models.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
