About the role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development and evolution of a scalable Retail Media Network (RMN) platform. Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading multiple engineering teams using agile methodologies to deliver technology solutions that support business growth.
- Shaping product vision, solution architecture, and technical ownership of platforms.
- Translating product strategies into technical roadmaps for long-term scalability and flexibility.
- Promoting agile and product development best practices and mentoring teams.
- Managing stakeholder relationships, understanding objectives, and proposing innovative solutions.
- Collaborating on industry trends, platform integrations, and long-term architecture evolution.
- Supporting the development, review, and deployment of web applications using Java, React, NodeJS, and cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Qualifications Include
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field (M.S. preferred).
- 8+ years in product development or related technical roles.
- 2+ years managing or leading technical teams, especially in retail media, ad tech, or data platforms.
- Experience with backend services, cloud-native platforms, analytics, and third-party ad tech integrations.
- Knowledge of server-side tracking, identity frameworks, attribution models, and privacy technologies.
- Proficiency with agile practices, hybrid/cloud environments, and enterprise automation.
