As a Engineering Manager, Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for the following duties :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale software projects.
- Drive best practices across software development, CI/CD, testing, and code quality.
- Provide technical leadership for scalable web, mobile, and microservices applications.
- Manage API development and integration across enterprise systems.
- Drive cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring practices.
- Ensure security and compliance are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UX/UI, Infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project delivery, team performance, risks, and key engineering metrics.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement and technical innovation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience, with 3 or more years in an engineering management or technical leadership capacity.
