Job Description Join Siena AI to lead engineering execution for our Channels and Analytics teams. You will unblock senior engineers, manage delivery cadences, and serve as a technical thought partner in a fast-paced, remote-first startup. This role is critical for scaling our platform as we expand into voice, social, and shopping agents.

What You Will Do
- Manage the weekly delivery cadence for Channels and Analytics, identifying constraints before they become escalations.
- Act as a technical thought partner for senior engineers, writing debt plans and improving developer experience to accelerate shipping.
- Lead people development through direct 1:1s and high-impact feedback, coaching senior talent toward management or deeper technical mastery.
The ideal candidate
- Has 3+ years of experience managing engineers in a high-growth product delivery capacity, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
- Possesses genuine AI/LLM fluency, understanding agentic systems, evals, and model reliability beyond the industry hype.
- Resides in a European timezone (UTC to UTC+3) to provide localized oversight and support for the distributed engineering team.
