- Lead design and development of BLDC/PMSM motor control solutions.
- Drive embedded software development and test automation activities.
- Manage customer interactions and technical discussions.
- Lead engineering teams and Agile project execution.
- Work on STM32, XMC, and similar microcontroller platforms.
- Support debugging, validation, and performance optimization of motor control systems.
Preferred candidate profile
- Communication Protocols: CAN, SPI, UART, I2C
- Hardware debugging using Oscilloscope and Logic Analyzer
- Schematic Reading and Design Understanding
- JIRA and Agile Methodologies
- Automotive or Industrial Motor Control Domain Experience
- Magtrol experience preferred
