This role leads client engagements focused on engineering transformation, product development optimization, and PLM-enabled process modernization. The manager serves as a trusted advisor to a client’s engineering and product leadership, bridging strategy and execution by translating complex engineering needs into scalable technology-enabled operating models and functional designs. They help to define and design the end-state product engineering organizational, operational, and technical models to enable modernization of core engineering functions and the ability to start introducing software, analytics, and cloud into the products.
