About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and engineering support to customers, business partners and internal stakeholders across the assigned region.
- Support product qualification, technical promotion and product-related activities.
- Provide post-sales technical support, including RMA coordination, diagnostic tools and troubleshooting.
- Investigate technical issues and work with relevant internal teams to identify appropriate solutions.
- Support customers throughout the product lifecycle and ensure timely resolution of technical enquiries.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering and other internal teams to address customer requirements and technical issues.
- Maintain a strong understanding of assigned products and their technical applications.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates with relevant engineering qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant engineering experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the hard disk, data storage, semiconductor, electronics or related technology industry will be an advantage.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge in a fast-paced engineering environment.
