Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Own the overall customer relationship from an operations and manufacturing perspective.

Lead product transfer activities (Factory Transfer / Site Transfer) and production localization.

Develop, monitor, and drive project timelines, milestones, and on-time execution.

Manage customer demand, forecasting, and production ramp-up plans.
-
Plan manufacturing capacity, resources, and factory readiness to meet business requirements.
-
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Ensure material availability and supply chain readiness to support production schedules.
-
Drive manufacturing readiness, infrastructure readiness, and operational launch activities.
-
Manage customer delivery commitments and ensure on-time shipment performance.

Plan and coordinate CAPEX requirements, approvals, and manufacturing investments.

Monitor project budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.
-
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure business continuity.
-
Implement NPI security requirements and maintain customer IP confidentiality.
-
Ensure controlled access, confidential build management, and compliance with customer security policies.
-
Lead cross-functional communication, governance reviews, and compliance with customer and internal operational requirements.
