Join our Team About this opportunity: We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Ericsson team as a Technical Authority Expert. This critical role belongs to our Managed Services department, directly contributing to our ongoing Ericsson Operations Engine projects. You will be at the forefront of tech-driven change, offering your specialist knowledge to guide the entire lifecycle of our projects. Whether we are in the Create, Sustain, or Evolve stages, your expertise will pave the way forward in your domain.
What you will do:
- Good hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux system admin knowledge.
- Able to deploy network management products on native and cloud hardware.
- Good knowledge in Red Hat Open stack or any other cloud administration
- Good understanding of Docker/Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of software installation/upgrade/migration.
- Good understanding of different telecom network technology (2G/3G/4G/5G/Core)
- Good knowledge of Network management skills including network operation, network troubleshooting, and network/system management.
- Prior experience in Telecom products in Network Management Space from any vendor Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, and Cisco.
The skills you bring:
- Handsome admin knowledge Netact / U2020/MAE.
- Trouble Ticket /Change Request handling as per SLA/WLA.
- HW/SW level Troubleshooting in Netact / U2020/MAE.
- Performance report and NBI level Troubleshooting in Netact / U2020/MAE.
- Solution Management for Customized Business Object – Templates / Reports for PM-related
- Coordinate with external suppliers for 3PP Hardware Support.
- Troubleshooting for all kinds of issues based on trouble tickets as per customer requirements.
Key Qualification:
- Education: B.E / B-Tech (E&C)
- Experience: 4 to 9 years
