About the role
职责描述：
- With some guidance from Sr. Engineers and manager, develops new product design and manage product extension.
- Provides technical support to customers, suppliers and inside personnel.
- Coordinates product activities with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and quality.
- Support product test by coordinating with reliability lab.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering 2+ years optical design experience of optical amplifier or related products Familiar with optical simulation tools like OAsix or Opti-Amplifier. Strong ability of OA and related product design.
Familiar with OA manufacture and test procedure.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
