Job Description
- Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations Typically performs one or more of the following as directed and/or independently:
- Provides oversite and guidance of operational activities in ensuring productive use of manufacturing, process and equipment to meet the daily targets and operational goals - Cycle time, Throughput, Prototype success and Fabout - Shipment Plan
- Supports automated assembly tools to support manufacturing processes Supports engineering and industrial engineering for accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints and UPH are used in the tools capacity modeling
- Drives manufacturing efficiencies, quality and productivity improvements
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or higher
- Good understanding of manufacturing principles, equipment interaction, and process discipline within a semiconductor fab environment
- Familiar with standard engineering and problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., data analysis, root cause analysis, SPC) to identify, analyze, and resolve routine manufacturing issues
- Can works effectively as part of manufacturing, operations, or module teams to support day-to-day production and continuous improvement initiatives
- Good communication skills to work with various stakeholders on the fab floor
