Job Description (Advert) PSV Engineer Speke Depot £19.27 per hour + Overtime Full-Time Permanent Mon - Fri, 07:45 - 15:45 Join one of the UK’s leading transport operators and help keep Liverpool moving. We are looking for a skilled and motivated PSV Engineer / Mechanic to join our team at our Speke Depot. This is a modern and fully equipped commercial workshop with a strong team culture and a commitment to engineering excellence.
The Role
As a PSV Engineer at Arriva, you will make sure our fleet remains safe, reliable and ready for service. You will carry out preventative maintenance, diagnostic fault-finding and reactive repairs in line with DVSA and Arriva standards. Your work is essential in supporting the safe and dependable operation of our services.

What You Will Be Doing
- Routine servicing and maintenance of the fleet to Arriva and DVSA standards
- Diagnostic work and repairs to maximise vehicle reliability
- MOT preparation and quality inspections
- Supporting fleet performance and safety
- Working shifts as part of the depot rota
What We Are Looking For
- Level 3 or equivalent qualification in PSV or HGV maintenance and repair
- Experience in a PSV, HGV or commercial vehicle environment
- Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Ability to pass a company medical
- A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
