About the role

Atuar como Engenheiro(a) de Manufatura responsável pelos processos de montagem e testes de Baterias e Acessórios para eletro mobilidade veicular, liderando o desenvolvimento de novos projetos e a otimização dos processos produtivos existentes. Gerenciar a implantação de novos equipamentos e máquinas, desde a definição de requisitos e desenvolvimento do conceito, até a validação final, aprovação do processo e início da produção em série (SOP), garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos de segurança, qualidade, produtividade, custo e prazo.

Requisitos para a função

  • Formação superior concluída em Engenharia Elétrica, Mecatrônica, ou áreas correlatas;
  • Formação Técnica em áreas correlatas desejável;
  • Profissional proativo(a) e orientado(a) para resultados, com forte capacidade analítica;
  • Vivência nas áreas Engenharia de Manufatura e Melhoria Contínua, atuando em processos de montagem e testes, preferencialmente na indústria de auto-partes/automotiva;
  • Habilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa, em um ambiente dinâmico e multifuncional;
  • Capacidade de liderar projetos e iniciativas de melhoria com impacto significativo na produção;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado.

Ter conhecimentos em

  • Conhecimento em processos de montagem e testes de produtos elétricos, eletrônicos e eletro-mecânicos;
  • Processos de manufatura avançada e automação industrial;
  • Conhecimento em automação e programação de máquinas (CLP, Robôs, IHM, sistemas de visão, TIA Portal, redes industriais, etc.);
  • Conhecimento em desenho técnico, AutoCAD ou SolidWorks;
  • Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SMED, Balanceamento de células e melhoria contínua;
  • Ferramentas de análise de dados e estatística;
  • Gestão de projetos e técnicas de resolução de problemas;
  • Normas de Segurança e Qualidade.

_______________________________________________________________________________ We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead assembly and testing processes for Batteries and Accessories in vehicle electromobility. This role will drive the development of new projects and optimize existing production processes. Responsibilities include managing the implementation of new equipment and machinery—from requirement definition and concept development to final validation, process approval, and start of production (SOP). The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Timeline requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields;
  • Technical training in related areas is a plus;
  • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement, preferably within the automotive or auto parts industry;
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive, and results-oriented;
  • Ability to collaborate in dynamic, cross-functional environments;
  • Experience leading projects and improvement initiatives with significant production impact;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Expertise in assembly and testing processes for electrical, electronic, and electromechanical products;
  • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes and industrial automation;
  • Experience with automation and machine programming (PLC, Robots, HMI, vision systems, TIA Portal, industrial networks, etc.);
  • Proficiency in technical drawing tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks;
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SMED, cell balancing, and continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Strong data analysis and statistical skills;
  • Project management and problem-solving expertise;
  • Knowledge of Safety and Quality standards.
