Enablement and Adoption Specialist

Our client is a trusted IT infrastructure and managed services provider serving enterprise customers worldwide. Based out of Plano Texas, they are looking to hire an Enablement and Adoption Specialist on a Contract basis.

Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract to hire (Potential for extension or Conversion to Full time)

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in learning and development, enablement operations, or corporate training production
• Hands-on learning management system administration, including audience rules, assignment logic, enrolment management and completion reporting
• Demonstrated experience building e-learning content in an authoring tool such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise or equivalent
• Experience producing job aids, knowledge checks and short-form video or screen capture content
• Experience reporting training completion and adoption data to a business audience
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to explain a complex process in plain language to a non-expert audience
• Must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting a change, process or platform rollout in a corporate environment
• Experience in professional services, IT services, consulting or enterprise service delivery environments
• Experience enabling populations that sit outside standard corporate systems, such as contractors or partner resources
• Experience working alongside a communications function on shared audiences and channels
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Forms and basic reporting or dashboard tooling

Daily Responsibilities

• Build finished learning assets from approved designs, including e-learning modules, knowledge checks, job aids, quick reference guides, and short video and screen capture content
• Administer the learning platform end to end: course publication, audience and assignment rules, enrolments, reminders, completion records and reporting
• Operate and maintain the delivery path for populations without standard platform access, including external and contingent workers
• Track completion and adoption against defined targets, and produce reporting that shows whether behavior changed, not only whether a course was taken
• Run the logistics of enablement activity: scheduling, invitations, reminders, attendance tracking, and escalation of gaps to the sponsoring leader
• Support change adoption activity for process and platform rollouts, including delivery model changes, platform launches and newly published operating procedures
• Maintain the enablement content library with clear ownership, version control and a visible last-reviewed date on every published asset
• Draft learner-facing messaging for review and approval; final publication routes through the established communications channel
• Collect and summarize learner feedback and completion data into a short, regular read for the Change Manager
• Maintain an accurate view of what is in production, what is waiting on approval, and who the approval is waiting on
